3 lb Southern Packages with Italian Queens
Pickup is expected to be April 23 and 24, but is subject to change. Customers will be notified by email when we are ready to schedule pickup. If we don’t get a response to the email, we will make one phone call. A message will be left if voice mail is available. No response to either will forfeit your order and no refund will be issued. We will send update emails starting in the spring to keep you up to date on their progress and how the weather is affecting production. Please make sure the email you give us is one that you will see.
All packages must be inspected at the time of pickup and any concerns made known immediately. Queens that are dead on arrival, or do not lay in a timely manner, will be replaced at our cost. Any problems beyond 3 weeks will be the beekeepers responsibility. Pickup date will be determined by when the packages are ready at the producer. Packages must be picked up at our location, regardless of the weather. Packages may be installed in all types of weather, and are better off in the hive than in the package, regardless of the weather.
No refunds will be issued for packages. All costs are due in full to secure the order and won’t be refunded.
